DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered: please return it, fill out the return form with your reason for the return and use the enclosed shipping label.
Chestnut Street will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Chestnut Street will cover any reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for your return. If you need further assistance please call us at (844) AGE-EASY (243-3279).
- Pack up your item(s) with all contents and product packaging.
- Include your order invoice with order number.
- Purchase postage and affix shipping label to outside of box. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return your item(s) via UPS or USPS.
